A Keffi-based retired Assistant Controller of Correctional Service, an emerging Political Trailblazer, Hajiya Hadiza Dije Zakari, has thrown her weight behind Alhaji Abubakar Mohammed Adamu, a retired Inspector General of Police, who is vying for the Nasarawa State gubernatorial seat in 2027 on the platform of the All Governor Abubakar Mohammed Adamu’s nomination as the APC candidate.
In an exclusive interview with Abuja City Times, Hajiya Zakari justified her support for the retired IGP, citing his impressive track record and vision for the state. “Many reasons have prompted my endorsement, including his exceptional leadership, integrity, and deep understanding of security challenges as IGP,” she said.
Hajiya Zakari expressed confidence in Adamu’s ability to lead Nasarawa State, describing him as a versatile asset who would bring much-needed expertise to the role. “His experience in managing complex security situations would be invaluable in addressing Nasarawa State’s unique security needs and fostering a peaceful environment for economic growth,” she stressed.
